Chapter 3 talked mostly about word, and application software in general. it talks about how to make your documents fun and interactive. it also has a great section on software available to persons with disabilities so that they too can partake in the use of these programs.

since our last post i have learned many new things when using word. such as how to make a form, use a watermark and also, document protection. it surprises me because i have been using word for years and never noticed these things until now.

for my future career i plan to teach, i want to teach in the k-12 level. my reasoning behind this is because when children are young you have a greater chanc of teaching them and making a difference. once they are older (college) they 'know everything' and are harder to convince.

I'm sorry, they won't let you edit comments on this site....weird. Anyway, I was saying that teaching at the higher levels, to me, is more rewarding because you get to frame how students understand and interpret information, as opposed to just shoving information at them.

I agree with the teaching while they are young. I want to teach 5th grade personally. I know you will impact someone's life positively.

i think kit is harder to make an impression on older kids as well, yet you sholdn't count out the possability of being able to effect adults lives as well.
