cjapter 4 talked about hardware and storage devices. the one i am most familiar with is a flash drive, i own two. i think hardware is a very important concept in today's technology but me persdonally, the vocabulary can get confusing. i think they should employ a more easily accessible vocab.
i like the fact that this course does in fact teach you a lot, i just wish the program SAM was a little more up on the times. it just seems a little archaic at times. i think there should be a special task force in charge of making a new version of SAM that is more modern.
since last post i have learned nothing really new considering i just posted the last post a min. ago. so i guess what i learned was "new things when using word. such as how to make a form, use a watermark and also, document protection. it surprises me because i have been using word for years and never noticed these things until now."-from post 3

I kn ow what you talking about with SAM but not only is it out of date but full of flaws =(
the check box on the test confused the he** out of me.
Try telling a middle or high school student they don't know everything!
Yes, I have the same difficulty with some of the vocabulary, too.
